The exterior of the building consisted of precast concrete panels which showed signs of deterioration as well as signs of water penetration into the building. The exterior of the building is accessed with rigging and swingstage equipment where repairs to the concrete were made. Also all the sealants were replaced including around windows and joints between concrete precast. Once concrete repairs are complete a waterproofing coating is to be installed over the entire building to prevent any further water penetrations.
