The front facade of the Hotel was old and dated. They wanted to update the look and also add more performance to the building envelope system. The old carport was removed and the wall cladding was stripped over the entire front of the hotel. A new structure was installed at the carport and the side of the hotel where the indoor pool is. The walls were then fitted with an EIFS system including natural stone and stucco to update the look of the hotel. The windows and doors were also replaced along the front added to the insulation and increasing the R value of the wall. New flag poles and landscaping was installed to finish off the front of the hotel as per the architects design and specifications.
