This is a balcony restoration project which involves the removal of the old metal railing system and repairs to the concrete structure. Once repairs are complete a waterproofing coating is installed on all the balconies and new aluminum railing system is installed. All windows and doors were also replaced on the balcony drops increasing the R value of the units.
