The Region of York required the exterior of their head office in Newmarket to be renovated to rectify various issues with the exterior building envelope. Deficient soffits were removed and substrate structure was reinforced to accommodate the new soffit system. New soffit was installed and EIFS system was then applied. Replacement of various failed sealants were performed as well at the tuck-pointing and applications of a high performance waterproofing system to the masonry surfaces.

Concrete and Garage Restoration
The Greater Toronto Area has one of the largest concentrations of underground parking structures in North America which face premature erosion from the widespread use of road salt whose chlorides accelerate the corrosion of the steel used in the reinforced concrete.
